Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Downgrades retain access until the current period ends.
Requests beyond your daily limit receive a 429 rate-limit response. No data is lost. You can upgrade your plan or wait for the daily reset at midnight UTC. Enterprise plans have no call limit.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Annual billing with a discount is available for Enterprise plans — contact sales for details.
ComplyEdge evaluates metadata and policy signals — not raw user content. On the self-hosted Free tier, nothing leaves your infrastructure. On hosted plans, request payloads are processed in-memory and never stored beyond the audit log you control.
Enterprise GPAI includes a 99.9% uptime SLA with service credits for any breach. The SLA covers the hosted API endpoint and audit trail export service. Self-hosted deployments are not covered.
