- Citation
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Article 5(1)(c)
- Condition
- The text carries a French NIR (numero de securite sociale): sex digit 1 or 2, year, month, department (including Corsica 2A / 2B, in either case), commune, order number, plus a two-digit key equal to 97 minus the 13-digit number mod 97. Spaces or dots between groups are allowed. A NIR-shaped number with a wrong key does not fire.
- Layer 1 detects
- a 15-character NIR, 1 or 2, then year, month, a department of two digits or 2A or 2B in either case, commune and order number, with an optional single space or dot between groups, whose last two digits equal 97 minus the 13-character number mod 97, Corsica counted as 19 and 18. It matches formats, not purpose: it fires on every such value whatever the task, and it does not judge whether sending the value is necessary for the task (the Article 5(1)(c) test, which this rule does not apply). No model
- Condition type
- deterministic (format match plus checksum; no judgment of meaning)
